StreamyCam is designed as a technical streaming tool. Because the App does not require account registration:

When you use the App, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage data, including:
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, or precise location unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., for a promotion code or support request).
The App uses a Google Advertising ID (or equivalent device-level advertising identifier on iOS) to serve contextual or personalized advertisements through our ad network partners. This identifier is not linked to your name or account and can be reset or disabled through your device settings at any time.
If you register a promotion code or serial key to unlock premium features, we may collect:
This information is used solely to validate and operate the promotion code feature.
When you connect a third-party account (such as YouTube or Twitch) to the App, we may receive limited stream metadata from those platforms via their APIs, including:
This information is acquired via the official APIs of the respective platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch) and is used only for monitoring broadcasting quality within the App.
StreamyCam does not collect or store:
StreamyCam uses the information it collects for the following purposes:
We do not use your information for profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond those listed above.
StreamyCam does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties except in the limited circumstances described below.
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App. These providers are contractually required to process your data only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws:
The list of service providers may be updated from time to time. If we engage new providers that process personal data in a materially different way, we will update this Policy accordingly.
When you stream to a third-party platform (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, etc.), your Content and associated metadata are transmitted directly to that platform. StreamyCam acts only as a technical intermediary. The handling of your Content and any data collected by those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We may disclose information about you to third parties in the following circumstances:
We may prepare anonymized, aggregate, or generic data for analytics, reporting, and business purposes. Because you cannot reasonably be identified from such data, we may share it with partners, advertisers, industry bodies, or the general public.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any platform you stream to before connecting your account.
The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. Ads may be contextual (based on content within the App) or may use your device-level advertising identifier to deliver more relevant ads.
Ads are not based on a personal profile we create about you. We do not share your name, email address, or other directly identifying information with advertisers.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings:

If you request deletion of your data, StreamyCam will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify your information, except where retention is required by law or is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., where your account has been suspended for violations of our Terms of Services).
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
You have the right to object to any processing of your data based on our legitimate interests, including objecting to direct marketing activities for any reason.
